LOCATION
We are centrally located in a safe upscale area of center city and easily reached by car, train, bus or plane. The building is historically certified and is over 200 yrs. old and furnished with art and antiques from around the world. Stroll the small cobblestone streets and alleys, or enjoy shopping for art, antiques and unique gifts. You will be within easy walking distance to the Convention Center, Magic Garden, Kimmel Center, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, University of the Arts, Pennsylvania and Jefferson Hospitals, and much more. University of Pennsylvania is only a 10 minute bus ride. There are many wonderful restaurants and cafes in the area which will suit all tastes and budgets.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Two rooms are available. Both are furnished with your comfort in mind. Every room has free wireless internet, coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, cable TV, telephone and individual heat and air-conditioning. A shared bathroom separates the two rooms and is entered through either room. The twin room has two single beds. An air mattress can be added for a third person. The other room has a full queen size bed.

RATES
Nightly rates range from $85.00 for a single , $95.00 for two, and $105.00 for three in a room. Discounted rates are available for long term stays or parties booking both rooms together (7 days +)
